About this scholarship
The Madison Dexter Howe Scholarship honors a senior CSUSM student who passed away in 2012 while double majoring in political science and economics. The award supports political science and/or economics majors with senior class standing, a minimum 3.0 GPA, a declared minor or double major in any subject, and qualities reflecting Madison's passion for education, civility, perseverance, and achievement. Selection occurs in the spring semester from the CSUSM General Scholarship Application pool due February 1.
