About this scholarship

Full-time MacEwan University students (9 credits in three courses per term) who are intercollegiate Griffin Athletic Team athletes in good standing with a minimum 2.0 sessional GPA in the previous academic term may receive this scholarship. Award value and number vary by year.

Students do not apply directly. Coaches nominate athletes for their sport; nominations must be approved by the Athletic Manager and validated by the student awards office. Awards are typically disbursed in the fall and winter terms.

Athletic scholarships, awards, and bursaries cannot exceed the cost of tuition and mandatory fees.
