Lynn Fairey Award in Nursing

Nursing students entering their fourth year in the School of Nursing in the Faculty of Health and Social Development at UBC's Okanagan campus are eligible for this award. The $2,750 award goes to a student who has demonstrated interest and aptitude in psychiatry and/or seniors' mental health.

There is no separate application. The award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty.

The award is offered in honour of Lynn Fairey, a VGH and UBC registered nurse graduate with a lifelong interest in psychiatry and seniors' mental health.
