Louise McKinney Post-Secondary Scholarships

Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons who are Alberta residents enrolled full-time in the second or subsequent year of an undergraduate or professional program at an eligible publicly funded post-secondary institution in Alberta, in satisfactory academic standing. Not available to students nominated for a Jason Lang Scholarship in the same academic year, or to graduate students, apprentices, or those upgrading. One-year certificate programs are not eligible.

Scholarships of $2,500. Funded by the Government of Alberta through the Alberta Heritage Scholarship Fund. Students are nominated through their school's Student Awards Office; deadlines vary by school.
