About this scholarship

Sight-impaired Alberta students (20/60 vision or worse) in their first or second term at an Alberta post-secondary institution may apply for the Lions of Alberta Foundation Sight Bursary. One-time $1,000 award; up to two bursaries per institution. Full-time enrolment is expected, with consideration for students who cannot carry a full load because of sight impairment. Submit the foundation application with a Program Chair, Instructor, or Counsellor signature.
