Full-time JD, LL.M., LL.D., or PhD students at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law who are Ontario residents, are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons with protected or refugee status, demonstrate financial need, and are actively involved in international human rights or humanitarian law.
