About this scholarship
The Liberty Virginia High-Achiever Scholarship adds eight hundred dollars per year for up to four years for new residential Virginia residents at Liberty University with an unweighted cumulative high school GPA of 3.4 or higher who live on campus during their first year of enrollment. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA and Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress while completing the FAFSA and VTAG application annually. Transfer students are not eligible. Beginning with the 2025–26 academic year, the math placement test requirement was removed. This award stacks with the base Virginia Scholarship and other Liberty aid subject to the General Scholarship Rule.
