Lemuel F Robertson Memorial Scholarship

UBC undergraduate or graduate students pursuing Classics as their major field of study may receive this scholarship.

The award is $950, endowed by Professor Lemuel F. Robertson's family and friends. It is made on the recommendation of the Head of the Department of Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies.

Robertson was Classical Gold Medalist at McGill in 1899 and became the first active Head of Classics at UBC in 1915, serving until his retirement in 1941.
