About this scholarship
The Legacy Award provides $2,000 per year to newly enrolled first-year and transfer undergraduates at Trine University who are children, grandchildren, or siblings of Tri-State or Trine graduates, or who have a sibling currently enrolled at Trine. This stackable award supplements the student's primary academic merit scholarship and renews while the recipient remains a full-time undergraduate in good standing who has not transitioned to a Trine graduate program. Students must send legacy relationship documentation to their admission counselor to receive the award. Legacy Award recipients are not eligible for the separate Alumni Referral Award. Total institutional scholarships, including stackable awards, cannot exceed full tuition.
