About this scholarship

Outstanding members of the UBC Vancouver women's basketball team in any year of study who have demonstrated leadership abilities may be considered.

One or more awards of varying amounts may range from $500 each up to the maximum allowed under athletic association regulations, funded through a gift from Lark Street Capital. Selection is made on the recommendation of the Women's Basketball Head Coach and the Athletics Awards Committee; there is no separate application.

Lark Street Capital is a Vancouver-based financial advisory firm founded by Jas Dhaliwal (B.Com. 2012) that has supported Women's Basketball at UBC.
