For a student who excels in urban and real estate economics at the UBC Sauder School of Business or the School of Community and Regional Planning (SCARP).

A $2,000 prize from the Vancouver Chapter of Lambda Alpha International. The prize alternates between Sauder in even-numbered years and SCARP in odd-numbered years. Made on the recommendation of the relevant school.
