National program for rising high school seniors who design and lead a youth service project on or around September 11. Participants receive a free planning toolkit, carry out the project with an adult advisor, and document impact. After completing the project, outstanding leaders may apply for one of up to ten $5,000 college scholarships judged on leadership, creativity, and community impact. Applications open October 1, 2026 and close December 31, 2026.
CARRY awards at least $500 to a current high-school senior or full-time undergraduate student who will enroll full-time at an accredited college or university for the applicable fall semester.
