About this scholarship
The Kimberly Farley Memorial Scholarship was established to fulfill the wish of Kimberly Farley, an LCC employee of more than forty years who served as Library Instruction Coordinator and academic advisor. Donations in her memory assist Lansing Community College students with financial need. Farley earned her associate degree at LCC before completing bachelor's and master's degrees elsewhere. Students apply through the General Scholarship Application in the LCC scholarship portal by January 31 and are matched automatically to foundation funds. Award amounts follow the foundation's typical five hundred to three thousand dollar range.
