Kievell Scholarship in Physical Therapy

Outstanding female students in the UBC Vancouver Master of Physical Therapy program may apply for this scholarship.

The scholarship is $2,000, awarded annually. It is hoped that recipients will spend time in an area where medical help is needed in Canada or elsewhere.

Students apply through the Department of Physical Therapy's internal awards process. The recipient is selected on the recommendation of the department in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

The scholarship is funded through a fund established at the Vancouver Foundation by Myrtle Lorena Kievell (1903-1989) in memory of her parents and brother.
