Kenneth Yok Keung Lam Memorial Scholarship

Outstanding UBC Vantage College students entering second year of any undergraduate program at UBC Vancouver may be considered for this annual scholarship.

The award is $1,000, endowed by friends and family in memory of Kenneth Yok Keung Lam (1927-2015). It is made on the recommendation of UBC Vantage College. There is no separate student application.

Ken immigrated to Canada in 1952 and instilled a passion for education in his six children and nine grandchildren, including eighteen university degrees, twelve from UBC.
