About this scholarship
The Kenneth D. Watson Memorial Scholarship supports need-based awards with preference for graduates of Gainesville High School. If no eligible Gainesville High graduate is available, the award may go to a graduate of a high school in Alachua County, Florida. Students are automatically considered through the FAFSA process when they demonstrate financial need, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and meet donor criteria. SFA administers this non-endowed fund alongside other privately supported scholarships for enrolled UF undergraduates.
