Ken Pinder Memorial Scholarship in Engineering

Undergraduate students entering the second, third, or fourth year of Chemical and Biological Engineering at UBC Vancouver may be nominated for this scholarship. Preference goes to academically gifted students who demonstrate leadership and social concern.

The award is a $1,000 scholarship offered by Zeki and Gülgün Sözen and friends and family in memory of Dr. Ken Pinder, who dedicated 47 years to UBC. No separate application is required; the department makes recommendations.
