About this scholarship
The Kaye-Munson Scholarship at Northern Michigan University awards two thousand five hundred dollars per year to ten students ranked after Harden, Presidential, and Waldo winners in the Presidential Scholars Competition. Eligible high school seniors and transfer students register for the competition, complete the small-group and interview components, and must be admitted with at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA. Participants who do not receive a named competition scholarship receive a five-hundred-dollar one-time competition award instead. Kaye-Munson recipients renew for up to eight semesters while maintaining a 3.0 cumulative NMU GPA and full-time enrollment.
