Kaspar Naegele Memorial Prize in Sociology

Undergraduate students in the honours or majors program in Sociology at UBC may qualify. The prize is $2,900.

There is no separate application. The Department of Sociology recommends recipients.

The fund was endowed by Robert (B.A. '60) and Judith Doll (M.A. '94), former students, friends, and colleagues in memory of Dr. Kaspar Naegele, who served as Professor of Sociology from 1954 to 1965 and Dean of Arts from 1964 to 1965.
