About this scholarship
The Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science Supplemental Award provides a one-time freshman scholarship to incoming K-State students who participated in the Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science program. This supplemental award adds one thousand dollars in the freshman year on top of any academic or leadership scholarship for which the student qualifies, subject to K-State stacking policies. Students should indicate Academy participation on the K-State scholarship application. The award is non-renewable and is available to participants enrolling at K-State after completing the academy program. Funding is subject to availability and general freshman scholarship renewal requirements apply to any stacked renewable awards.
