Deserving, talented UBC School of Music students may be nominated.
The scholarship provides $4,550. It was endowed by family and friends of June Goldsmith, Founder and Artistic Director of Music in the Morning, to celebrate her achievements as impresario, educator, and musician. Since 1984, the Music in the Morning Concert Series has reached out to all ages in British Columbia through performances, lectures, and commissioned works.
Recipients are selected on the recommendation of the School of Music. There is no separate student application.
