Students in the Oral Biology Ph.D. program at UBC Vancouver who show superior research ability in oral biochemistry or cell biology are eligible.
The award is an annual $27,000 fellowship honouring Dr. Joseph Tonzetich for his contributions to dental research. It may be shared by two students when appropriate.
No separate student application is required. The Department of Oral Biology recommends recipients in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
