About this scholarship

Outstanding members of the UBC Vancouver men's varsity soccer team, in any year of study, may be considered for this award.

One or more awards of a minimum of $500 each are offered.

There is no separate application. The award is made at the discretion of the Head Coach of the UBC Men's Soccer team and administered by the UBC Department of Athletics.

The endowment was created by family and friends of Josef Molnar, assistant coach of the UBC men's soccer team from 1960 to 1988 and a mentor to decades of UBC soccer players.
