Jongman Kim Memorial Prize in Korean Legal Studies

A Peter A. Allard School of Law student at UBC who has demonstrated excellence in Korean legal studies may receive this award.

The prize is $450, endowed in memory of Jongman Kim by his friends, clients, and colleagues. Among the first Korean-Canadians called to the bar, Kim dedicated his career to building bridges between Canadian and Korean cultures.

Selection is made on faculty recommendation. No separate application is required.
