John F. Baker Emergency Fund

University of Victoria undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of citizenship, who experience an unexpected financial emergency during the term they are enrolled.

Assistance amounts vary. Email finaid@uvic.ca with relevant information and supporting documentation. Undergraduates need at least 4.5 units that term (3.0 with a permanent disability), 12 consecutive weeks of study, and a 2.0 GPA if continuing. Graduate students must maintain full-time registration as defined by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the same study-week minimum, and a 2.0 GPA if continuing.
