John Anderson MBA/LLB Scholarship

Open to a student entering the second year in the combined MBA/LLB program at UBC.

The award is a $2,550 scholarship endowed by Westcoast Energy Inc. to honour John Anderson, who served as President from 1980 and Chief Executive Officer from 1982 until his death in 1987.

No separate application is required. The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration recommends recipients in consultation with the Peter A. Allard School of Law.

Anderson graduated from UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law in 1949 and built a career in the petroleum and natural gas industry.
