Undergraduate or graduate students studying viola in the School of Music at UBC Vancouver are eligible for this scholarship.
The scholarship is $2,000, endowed by Jocelyn Noel (BEd '70, DipArtHis '02). Noel dedicated her life to music as a soloist, chamber musician, and West Coast Symphony member for more than 20 years, and helped found the first orchestra at UBC in 1944.
