Joana D. McKeoun Memorial Scholarship

Graduating seniors from Heritage High School in Saginaw Township, Michigan with a minimum 3.0 GPA who plan to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree may apply for the Joana D. McKeoun Memorial Scholarship through the Saginaw Community Foundation.

Award amounts vary. Selection weighs school, work, and community involvement at 40 percent, scholastic record at 30 percent, and recommendation at 30 percent.

Apply through the SCF unified scholarship application when it opens each November.

Joana McKeoun lived by the motto that life is too short to be anything but happy, and this fund continues her spirit of optimism.
