About this scholarship

Graduating high school seniors from the Jewish communities of Orange, Osceola, or Seminole County, Florida who are accepted to attend the University of Central Florida full-time may apply for the Kobrin Family Scholarship through Jewish Family Services of Greater Orlando. Applicants need at least a 3.1 GPA, an SAT of 1210 (Reading + Math) or ACT of 25, FAFSA-documented financial need, and Jewish and other community involvement.

The award is $2,500 per year for up to four years. Recipients must maintain a 3.1 GPA each year to renew.

The scholarship was established in 1990 for qualified students from those counties attending UCF.
