About this scholarship
The Jesse H. and Mary Gibbs Jones Endowment Scholarship awards fifteen hundred dollars per academic year to continuing UHD undergraduates selected through the Gator Scholarship Center without a separate application. Candidates must be currently enrolled at UHD or list UHD as their last school, have earned at least forty-five UHD credit hours but no more than eighty-five cumulative hours, hold a minimum 3.2 UHD GPA, and enroll in twelve or more UHD credit hours each semester. Selection is merit based using fall GPA and spring enrollment data from the prior award year. The award is non-renewable under the continuing-student program rules published for 2026/2027.
