Jerry Slavik Athletics Award

One male and one female Canadian citizen or permanent resident (including protected persons) undergraduate at the University of Windsor meeting OSAP Ontario residency requirements. Must have completed one year at Windsor with a minimum 70% previous-year cumulative average, demonstrated financial need, and current membership on the Lancer Track and Field and/or Cross Country team. Recipients must display leadership, team loyalty, and fair play.
