Open to outstanding M.A. in Art History students at UBC Vancouver.
Two scholarships of $5,000 each are offered annually through a gift from Jane Irwin (B.A. 1990), a Vancouver-based artist, art collector, and advocate for the visual arts who established this scholarship to support the next generation of art historians.
Recipients are selected on the recommendation of the Department of Art History, Visual Art and Theory in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. There is no separate student application.
