Kentucky or Indiana residents who are U.S. military active duty, reservists, veterans, or spouses or children of veterans, and who are graduating high school seniors or enrolled 2- or 4-year college students with a minimum 3.0 GPA planning postsecondary study, may apply for the James A. Wells, Sr. Veterans Scholarship.
Two winners receive $1,000 each, paid to their school.
