About this scholarship
Open to a fourth-year undergraduate or graduate student in any UBC Vancouver program who, through a graduating essay or thesis, has demonstrated interest and ability in the study of nutrition.
The $150 prize is recommended by the Faculty of Land and Food Systems. No separate application is required.
Professor Jacob Biely endowed the prize from the Earle Willard McHenry Award he received from the Nutrition Society of Canada in 1979.
