About this scholarship
Merit scholarship for incoming freshmen admitted to the Diederich College of Communication who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership in communication fields. Up to five awards of $8,000 renew each year of a four-year program while recipients remain in the college and good academic standing. Selection weighs curricular and extracurricular leadership; applicants must apply for admission by February 1. Academic criteria include meeting two of: top 10% class rank, ACT 28, SAT 1310, or minimum 3.5 GPA in college preparatory courses. International students are not eligible.
