About this scholarship
Merit-based tuition scholarship providing two $5,000 awards annually to Washington State resident undergraduates in the College of Arts and Sciences. Junior-status students receive first consideration. The award rotates among the four college divisions; in 2026-27 it goes to the Humanities Division. Each department may nominate one student with a chair support letter, faculty recommendation, 250-word educational statement, curriculum vitae, and transcript. Recipients must be enrolled in the college during the funded academic year.
