International Impact Award Vancouver (Tuition)

For outstanding international students entering UBC Vancouver directly from secondary school or a post-secondary institution into an undersubscribed undergraduate program who demonstrate financial need.

Tuition-component awards range in value up to the full cost of the student's program and living costs, depending on financial circumstances. Awards renew for up to three additional years or to degree completion, provided the recipient maintains award standing and valid study authorization in Canada.

Candidates must be nominated by the educational institution they are attending. Priority goes to students showing leadership, community involvement, first-generation learner status, and commitment to social justice, wellness, sustainability, or artistic and community engagement. Awards are made on the recommendation of the International Student Initiative.
