High school, college, university, and graduate students in the United States or Canada may apply if they have at least a 3.0 GPA and have created an original innovative project that benefits others. Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or Canada, or hold an active F1 I-20 or J1 DS-2019, on the selection date.
One $500 scholarship is awarded each month and may be applied to tuition, fees, books, or on-campus room and board.
Submit an essay describing the project's goal (with a link if applicable), a letter of recommendation, and a photo of yourself taken during the project, by 11:59 pm PST on the 20th of each month. Previous winners may not reapply.
