About this scholarship
For students entering the Indigenous Teacher Education Program (NITEP) at UBC Vancouver who have achieved good academic standing. Preference goes to mature students with financial need.
Recipients receive $3,000 per year, renewable for up to four academic years in total, with $6,000 awarded in the final year of the degree. One student receives the award each year.
There is no separate application; the award is made on the recommendation of NITEP.
