About this scholarship

El Paso County high school seniors who are U.S. citizens with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrated interest in outdoor recreation, environmental stewardship, or natural-resource preservation may apply for Incline Friends scholarships.

Up to three awards of up to $2,500 each are given for one year. Funds are paid directly to the educational institution the student will attend.

Complete the online application with two letters of recommendation from non-family members, an official high school transcript covering at least the last two years, and a 200 to 500 word essay on your qualifications and educational and career goals.

  • May not be related to any current Incline Friends directors or major donors
