Undergraduate or graduate students studying Climatology in the Atmospheric Science Program at UBC Vancouver may qualify. The Atmospheric Science Program is jointly sponsored by Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences and Geography. The prize is $500, and no student may receive it more than once.
There is no separate application. The Chair of the Atmospheric Science Program recommends recipients. For graduate students, the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is also consulted.
