About this scholarship
Named Esteemed Scholars award for incoming Colorado-resident first-year students at CU Boulder selected from the admission application. Recipients receive $4,000 per year, renewable for four years ($16,000 total), paid each semester while enrolled full time with at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA and satisfactory academic progress. Submit a completed admission application by January 15 for automatic consideration. Students may also qualify for college-specific add-on scholarships but receive only one Esteemed tier.
