About this scholarship
The Honors College Excellence Scholarship is awarded to a select group of non-Michigan residents and international students who are incoming first-year Honors College invitees at Michigan State University. The scholarship provides thirteen thousand dollars annually for up to eight semesters. All MSU applicants are considered for Honors College membership automatically, and eligible invitees receive automatic scholarship consideration with no additional application. Awards depend on available funding and continued Honors College participation.
