About this scholarship
A select number of Leadership Scholarships recognize fall-term admission candidates whose resumes demonstrate sustained involvement in school, church, and community service. Awards are based on the strength of extracurricular leadership, volunteerism, and work experience documented in the admission application rather than on financial need. Applicants must complete the full Hillsdale undergraduate application, including a resume of activities, by November 15 to receive leadership scholarship consideration for the following fall enrollment. No additional scholarship paperwork is required beyond the admission file. Recipients must maintain good citizenship and moral conduct. Leadership awards are privately funded and may be combined with other Hillsdale merit or need-based assistance according to institutional packaging policies.
