Female immigrants who arrived in Canada within the past ten years and are Ontario residents, registered full- or part-time in a University of Ottawa Faculty of Social Sciences undergraduate program, taking at least 9 credits per semester in French (full-time) or all credits in French (part-time), who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, and interest in community development may apply.
