About this scholarship

Open to an entering or continuing UBC student who exhibits high standards of leadership and basketball ability.

Awards from an endowment by family and friends of Harry Franklin (B.A. '49), a UBC basketball player from 1942 to 1945 and Director of the UBC Alumni Association from 1972 to 1978. No individual award may exceed $1,500.

The Director of Athletics and Sport Services makes the recommendation. There is no separate student application.
