About this scholarship
Transfer merit scholarship for incoming Wayne State University students with at least 30 transferable credits and a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher from all colleges attended. Wayne State automatically considers eligible applicants when transfer admission materials are received by July 1, 2026 for fall 2026 entry. The Green Transfer Award provides $2,000 per year for up to four semesters within two consecutive years. Students may receive only one transfer merit award. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA, full-time enrollment during fall and winter semesters, and satisfactory progress toward degree completion.
