About this scholarship
The out-of-state Grawemeyer Scholarship at the University of Louisville supports high-achieving non-Kentucky freshmen interested in undergraduate research or creative activity. Ten students receive thirty thousand dollars per year and join a mentored honors cohort with civic and cultural programming connected to the Grawemeyer Award. Applicants must have a 3.5 weighted GPA, qualifying test scores, letters of recommendation, essays, a student-involvement resume, and acceptance into the University Honors Program. The competitive mentored application is due December 1 in the UofL Gateway. Awards are renewable while recipients maintain program and academic requirements.
