About this scholarship
Comprehensive honors scholarship for high-achieving Baltimore City high school graduates enrolling full-time at Baltimore City Community College with a commitment to transfer to a four-year college. Candidates must be Baltimore City residents with at least a 3.0 GPA, strong recommendations, an application essay, SAT scores, Accuplacer results, and an interview. The package covers tuition, fees, textbooks, a laptop computer, seminars, cultural events, study abroad, and internship opportunities, with articulation paths to university honors programs.
