Grace Torchy Stewart Adamson Memorial Scholarship in Nursing

Students entering the Master of Nursing program at UBC Vancouver with academic excellence and practical experience are eligible.

The award is a $10,000 memorial scholarship endowed by family, friends, and colleagues in memory of Grace (Torchy) Stewart Adamson, who graduated from VGH School of Nursing in 1950 and received a B.Sc.N. from UBC in 1951.

No separate student application is required. The School of Nursing recommends recipients in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
